Sunnen Products Co, a global specialist in precision honing and bore finishing technologies, and TIBO Tiefbohrtechnik, an expert in deep-hole drilling machines, have formed a strategic alliance to expand their global capabilities in deep-hole machining solutions.
Under the agreement, the companies will collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives, bringing complementary technologies to customers worldwide. The combined portfolio brings together Sunnen’s expertise in honing and bore finishing with TIBO’s deep-hole drilling capabilities, including BTA drilling, gundrilling and rifling systems for demanding applications.

The partnership will initially focus on coordinated commercial activity across Europe and the Middle East, with potential for wider regional coverage in the future.
The alliance will also support co-branded communications and joint sales initiatives, giving customers improved access to complementary deep-hole machining technologies from two established specialists.
