The newly founded Liebherr-Aerospace Technology (Shanghai) Co Ltd recently held its groundbreaking ceremony at the Large Aircraft Industrial Park in Shanghai’s Lingang New Area. The event marked a significant step for one of the world’s top three landing gear suppliers. The new facility covers a gross floor area of about 16,000 m², providing ample space for the precision manufacturing and assembly of large-scale aircraft components. Upon completion, the Liebherr plant will create an integrated regional support hub covering precision machining and surface treatment.
